Welcome to Tastes Like Trouble. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Tastes Like Trouble is operated by Stefania Brandner in British Columbia, Canada.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Tastes Like Trouble offers apparel, accessories, limited releases, presale products, and other merchandise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or remove any product, collection, promotion, or offering at any time without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colours, designs, and details. However, actual products may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, production methods, and other factors beyond our control.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
By submitting payment, you authorize Tastes Like Trouble and its payment processors to charge the selected payment method for the full purchase amount.
3. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers may create accounts to manage orders, review purchase history, and access certain features of the website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.
4. PRESALES
Certain products may be offered through a presale model.
By purchasing a presale item, you acknowledge and agree that production may not have commenced at the time of purchase and that manufacturing timelines, fulfillment timelines, and production partners may not yet be finalized.
Presales allow Tastes Like Trouble to evaluate demand, finalize manufacturing decisions, and coordinate production.
Customers participating in a presale will receive periodic updates regarding production progress, manufacturing milestones, and anticipated fulfillment timelines.
Presale purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once the order has been placed.
Tastes Like Trouble reserves the right to modify production plans, manufacturing partners, fulfillment timelines, packaging, and other aspects of a presale offering as reasonably necessary.
5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Tastes Like Trouble is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, labour disruptions, inaccurate shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
As an independent business, fulfillment timelines may differ from those of larger retailers.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when known.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers must notify Tastes Like Trouble within seven (7) days of a package being marked delivered if:
An item arrives damaged;
An incorrect item is received; or
A shipment appears missing after delivery confirmation.
Photo evidence may be required.
Claims submitted after seven (7) days may not be eligible for review.
Packages that are lost in transit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will also be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolution is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Tastes Like Trouble.
7. EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
Tastes Like Trouble does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Size exchanges may be available when:
The item is unworn;
Original tags remain attached;
The item is free from damage, odours, washing, alterations, or excessive wear;
The exchange request is submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Where a replacement item is unavailable, Tastes Like Trouble may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Limited release items, promotional items, bonus items, and presale purchases are otherwise considered final sale.
8. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Due to manufacturing processes, print-on-demand production methods, supplier changes, material sourcing, and production improvements, minor variations may occur between products and production runs.
Variations may include, but are not limited to:
Garment colour;
Fabric composition;
Measurements and sizing;
Print placement;
Print texture;
Packaging;
Labels and tags;
Product presentation.
Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refund or exchange.
9. LIMITED RELEASES & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Certain products, promotions, packaging configurations, collector items, presale bonuses, launch experiences, or special offers may be designated as limited releases.
A limited release designation applies only to the specific offer, promotion, packaging, bonus items, or release window described at the time of sale.
Tastes Like Trouble reserves the right to reproduce, reissue, modify, discontinue, relaunch, or otherwise make available any design, artwork, product, or collection at any time and at its sole discretion.
10. PRODUCT IMAGES & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Product photographs, promotional imagery, digital mockups, renderings, prototype samples, lifestyle photography, and other visual materials are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Colours, proportions, print placement, packaging, presentation, and final product details may differ from what is shown.
Props, accessories, packaging elements, and styling items displayed in promotional materials may not be included with a purchase unless specifically stated.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content associated with Tastes Like Trouble is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Brand names;
Logos;
Artwork;
Graphics;
Product designs;
Product concepts;
Collection names;
Slogans;
Campaign concepts;
Photography;
Copywriting;
Website content;
Visual identity elements;
Marketing materials;
Creative concepts.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Tastes Like Trouble.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE & CUSTOMER CONDUCT
We believe in treating people with respect.
Tastes Like Trouble reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict account access, or terminate customer relationships where we reasonably determine that a customer has engaged in:
Fraudulent activity;
Chargeback abuse;
Harassment;
Threatening behaviour;
Hate speech;
Abuse toward staff, contractors, partners, or community members;
Misuse of our website, services, or promotional programs.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tastes Like Trouble shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, the purchase of products, shipping delays, product availability issues, or any related matter.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Tastes Like Trouble reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on this website.
Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
